SPHKBA is led by three co-founders with direct, multi-year experience operating in both the Spanish and Hong Kong business ecosystems.
Three co-founders with complementary expertise spanning entrepreneurship, international trade, technology and business development.
Ricardo Ferrer is a Barcelona-based entrepreneur and real estate professional with deep connections in both the Spanish and Hong Kong business communities. He founded SPHKBA to build the institutional infrastructure that Spanish companies need to reach Asia efficiently.
With direct relationships at Cyberport, HKSTP, InvestHK and OASES, Ricardo has spent years developing the trusted networks that SPHKBA members now access. He leads the association’s strategic direction, institutional partnerships and startup pipeline development.
Ricardo also operates Ferrer & Co, a soft-landing and facilitation vehicle that helps Spanish deep-tech companies establish themselves in Hong Kong and access Mainland China through the right institutional channels.
Màrius Rossell co-founded SPHKBA with a vision to create a sustained, institutional-grade bridge between Spain and Hong Kong. He brings hands-on experience in international business development and deep knowledge of both markets.
Màrius leads the association’s operations, member relations and partnership programme. He is the primary point of contact for new members and institutional partners, and plays a central role in shaping SPHKBA’s event strategy and communications.
With a background spanning technology, international trade and business association management, Màrius provides the operational backbone that turns SPHKBA’s strategic connections into tangible member value.
Judith Padrós is a co-founder of SPHKBA and brings expertise in digital business, community building and international expansion. She is also founder of Monx, a digital platform with Asia-market experience.
At SPHKBA, Judith leads the digital strategy and member communication. Her experience building communities and digital products gives SPHKBA a strong edge in reaching and engaging Spanish companies looking eastward.
Judith’s dual expertise in technology and business development makes her the bridge between SPHKBA’s institutional partnerships and its day-to-day member engagement.
SPHKBA welcomes institutional advisors, sector experts and senior professionals who share our mission. If you have deep experience in Spain–Hong Kong relations and want to contribute to the association, we’d love to hear from you.
